Community at Koněvova Coliving
Konevova Co-living has the perfect balance between privacy and sense of community. The building is divided into smaller flatshares allowing you to enjoy your personal space but also offers a great opportunity to grow your network with punctual group events promoted by the city Community Managers. The community at Konevova Co-living likes to meet-up and hangout at the spacious private courtyard in the back of building, getting to enjoy time together with privacy.Â

Konevova Co-living is located close to the vibrant neighbourhood of Karlin, having nearby grocery shops, restaurants, and traditional pubs. In the back of the building, you have the famous Vitkov Park with fantastic views over the city and ideal green areas for sports and leisure. Tram and bus stops are only a 6 min walk away giving you great access to the city centre and other Prague hotspots.

All the apartments at Konevova Co-living are fully equipped and furnished in order to assure your comfort and speedy move-in. Every room includes a bed, wardrobe, desk for remote work, chair, lamp and lock. On every apartment your can find a kitchen with cooktop, fridge, microwave and cooking utensils.
Konevova Co-living offers rooms with a single bed, or double bed (one bed, but bigger!), in shared flats but also studios, allowing you to book the ideal stay for your lifestyle. All bills will be included in the final value of the rent for your convenience!
